What is your working hours?

Our customer service and order processing are available from Monday to Friday between 9 to 6pm. We do not pack or send out orders on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

What shipping methods do Not Too Big offer?

We offer the following local (Singapore) shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping (3-5 days)
  • Express shipping (Next day delivery, excluding weekends/PH)

Can I do self collection?

There will be no self-collection of orders available at this period of time. Find out more about our Shipping Policy to be eligible for Free delivery.

Can I choose my delivery time and date nearer to my EDD?

Yes! We offer delayed delivery only for cot bed purchases. After making your cot bed order, our customer service will reach out to you to arrange your preferred delivery date.

Can I track my order delivery?

You will be notified when your order has been processed and arranged for pickup. Should you need your order tracking number, simply request from our customer service.

Is my product eligible for return?

  • The items must still have its labels, tags and other details must be intact.
  • Products that require assembly cannot be returnedo nce it has been taken out of the box (Inclusive of: Strollers, Car Seats, Cots, Chairs, High chairs, Booster seats.

Return items must be in its packaging in the original condition - unopened and brand new.

Products with expiry date of 6 months or less cannot be returned.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Upon confirmation of refund, you will receive an email notification within 1-2 hours. It will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account.


How do I place an order?

Step 3: Fill in your shipping and billing information.
Step 4: Click ‘Pay now’ and wait for your items to be shipped to you!

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change and cancel your order as long as it has not been processed. If you’d like to change or cancel your order after it has been shipped out, you may look into our return and refund policy

Can I do an exchange for my orders?

There will be no exchange available. Should you need to change your order, you will need to return the item and purchase a new items (Shipping fee applies)

Pre-orders are available on a case by case basis. We would indicate in our product page and social media should a pre-order options are available
