WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?

Local deliveries:

Standard Shipping (default)

  • $6.90 delivery fee for purchase below $60.
  • Free delivery for purchase $60 and above

Express Shipping (optional)

  • $12.90 delivery fee for next working day delivery 

 

International deliveries:

Not Too Big does not ship internationally. 

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

For Standard Shipping

  • Order will be delivered within 3-5 business days, Monday - Saturday, 9 AM- 6 PM. 
  • Excluding public holidays.
  • For purchases that are done on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, orders will be processed on Monday. 

For Express Shipping

  • Order will be delivered the next day Monday - Friday, 9 AM- 6 PM. 
  • Excluding public holidays. 
  • For purchases that are done on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, orders will be processed on following Monday. Items will be delivered by Tuesday.

  

WOULD THE ORDER DELIVERY INCLUDE THE PRODUCT ASSEMBLY?

Free product assembly only available for cotbed.
To arrange Cotbed delivery, our team will schedule time and date in advance. Delivery will be within 7 working days.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE? 

We strive to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

Due to the overwhelming support from our recent E-commerce launch, please expect a delay in shipping your order. However, rest assured that we are trying our best to process your order as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and kind understanding during this period.

 

Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:

Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.

You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.

Your order was placed during a local public holiday.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you will receive a call to reschedule. This will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCTS?

If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please kindly contact us by filling up this form. We will contact you for the replacement. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?

You can cancel your order within the day of purchase.
